Basically get the house "move in ready" meaning we will clean your windows and screens, wipe down your walls, clean interior and exterior appliances, scrub the toilets, tubs, sinks and showers, clean all floors, wipe down baseboards, wipe down all shelves, cabinets and drawers, and even pack up or get rid of anything left inside of your house. Your house will be ready to move in when we finish our move in/ move out cleaning. 

Post construction clean up means we clean scrape and scrub all windows and screens including all the tracks and cracks from paint overspray, caulking or dust. We wipe down EVERYTHING so its dust free. We will remove any blue tape left by the painters, remove any left over material left by the contractor, pickup any trash left outside and do a deep clean so it is move in ready. No saw dust will be left behind. 

A vacation rental turnover usually means we have a 4 hour window to basically get the rental ready for the next guests to check in. Check out is normally at 11am and check in at 3 or 4 pm; therefore, all linen must be washed, dishes washed and put away, trash taken to the dump, remake all beds, put fresh towels in bathrooms, clean all the bathrooms, clean all floors, clean out refrigerator and freezer, and wipe down all counter tops. Window cleaning means we will clean your windows both inside and out including all screens, tracks, window sills, window frame, screen doors, glass doors, and jealousies
